We humbly request you to provide the correct address with phone number so that our delivery person/the courier guy can reach to you perfectly.

We deliver the items via Courier Service. Normally we send via any of the following:

• Sundarban Courier
• SA Paribahan
• USB Express

For any Free Shipping, we do not ask for shipping charges nor we bill.

Generally we do not allow any credit except corporate/special agreements/arrangements. We deliver the products ONLY after full payment is done.

Due to popularity of Condition Courier Delivery which is an alternate form of cash on delivery, very convenient for some customers, also send products on condition delivery. In such case, customer is to pay the condition charges whatsoever. Generally it is around 2% of the total bill, but the amount depends specific courier service provider. For any large volume order, we advise to make bank deposit or cards and not condition courier because of high amount of charges. However, small amount or large, we highly advise you to kindly follow the below image as a guideline, while placing order. Select shipment with condition payment (Customer pay condition charge) as your shipping method and then select Cash On Delivery as your payment method.
